1. Service Agreement

By commissioning our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, website development, social media management, logo designing, and comprehensive branding services.

2. Advance Payment

An advance payment is required to commence work on your project. Please note that all advances and deposits made are non-refundable. This policy ensures that we can allocate the necessary resources to your project.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Non-Refundable Advances and Deposits: Any advance payments and deposits made are non-refundable, as they are used to secure the resources needed for your project.
• Pro-Rata Refunds: If a project or service is terminated before completion, any advance payments made under contract will be refunded on a pro-rata basis, reflecting the portion of work that has not been completed.

4. Data Provision and Confidentiality

You agree to provide all necessary data and information required for the successful completion of your project. WebDeb Solutions commits to handling your data with the utmost confidentiality and will not share your data with any third parties without your explicit consent.

5. Project Timelines

Estimated timelines for project completion will be provided at the onset. While we strive to meet these deadlines, unforeseen circumstances may result in delays. We will communicate any changes to the timeline promptly.

6. Revisions and Feedback

We value your feedback and offer a specified number of revisions as part of our service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the specified number may incur extra charges.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the ownership of the completed project deliverables will transfer to you. However, WebDeb Solutions reserves the right to showcase the project in our portfolio for promotional purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

WebDeb Solutions will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, you will be invoiced for work completed up to the termination date, including any non-refundable advance payments. Any advance payments made under contract will be refunded on a pro-rata basis for the portion of work not completed.

10. Credit Card EMI Option

If you choose to use the Credit Card EMI option for payment, the following additional terms apply:

• Eligibility: The Credit Card EMI option is available only for select credit cards and subject to approval by the issuing bank. Please confirm eligibility with your bank before opting for this payment method.
• EMI Processing: Once you select the EMI option, the bank will process your request, and the EMI amount will be debited from your credit card as per the bank’s EMI policy.
• Interest and Charges: The applicable interest rates and other charges, if any, are determined by the bank and are payable by you. WebDeb Solutions is not responsible for any interest, fees, or other charges that may be levied by the bank.
• Refunds and Cancellations: In case of cancellation of services or refunds, only the amount paid to WebDeb Solutions will be refunded. The EMI and any interest or charges related to the EMI will continue to be payable to the bank as per their policy.
• Payment Default: In the event of a default in EMI payments, WebDeb Solutions reserves the right to take necessary legal action and suspend or terminate the services.
